I love this place. It's always clean and the workers are very nice and courteous. Won't leave hungry that's for sure

What-A-Burger #13 has the reputation of having the best burgers in the locally owned restaurant chain in the area. Historically, folks will pass a What-A-Burger near their home and make a drive to Mount Pleasant to munch on some of the best cheeseburger eatin' around. Easy to find in downtown Mt. Pleasant, you'll want to also order an extra hefty helpin' of their old time fat french fries.

My fish sandwich was delicious!! My husband had a Nat Attack burger and it was underwhelming in presentation and taste, yet overwhelming in the amount of mustard and mayo it had on it. The french fries were tasteless and mushy.

Saw this little place while passing through on a work trip. Food was tasty, service was fast and friendly. Old school small town diner atmosphere. A must stop if in Mount Pleasant, NC.

My first what-a-burger! And I was not disappointed....it was really big and good. It got a little messy but it's not good unless you get it on you! 😅 Great little burger in a great little town ...Mt. Pleasant...

Last couple times I've ate here the food has tasted more like burned grease than anything and quite frankly was inedible. I did get a shake that was really good, and the staff are always friendly and very helpful.

Such a great place. Amazing food. Good ice cream. Hot fries. Awesome sized kid meals. Good value.

It's nothing like it use to be. Nasty food. Rubber hamburgers and cold tater tots. They only gave me 5 of those!!!

I wish they had a sign letting you know that they put RED slaw on everything unless you ask for white slaw.I Hate red slaw on a burger!!

It was decent. Burger was ok, but the onion on the burger, had more flavor than the burger itself. For someone new to the establishment, it was an awkward experience.

So disappointed don't know if they're Under New Management are total knee staff I ordered a double what a Salisbury with bacon small order of onion rings and a large Cherry Lemon Sundrop got one patty on my burger and all the bacon pack in the center an onion rings or fried in one big block look delicious soaked in oil I called them while I was eating it in their parking lot they said they would bring my refund out to me they did not when I got through eating I went back in they had remade the burger they gave that to me then asked me if I wanted a refund on one patty to which I said do what you think's right I've never got this sorry service here they put $5 in my hand the Remake Burger and a new chain lemon Sundrop oh yeah when I ordered I told him how to spell my name Myers they spelled it l y e r s so it didn't get my review and they want to do something to make it right if we're Myers hit me back up I'd like to see you change back to where you were

Today we went to pick up multiple call in orders. Our presence made a total of 6 people in the building. The guy taking payments was a real smart mouth and the manager yelled at us to leave the building. We will probably never go there again. We've been customers for years. Real good customer relations guys 👎👎

We ordered on 5-18-20...The what-a-salisbury was cold, I wanted chopped onions and got a huge onion slice. I ordered my french fries and pickle slices crispy and thet were oil soaked, Not crispy at all. They forgot the ranch dipping sauce that went with the pickles (that's the main thing), they forgot to give me my salad which was part of the hamburger steak plate so all I got was oil soaked fries and a plain hamburger pattie. Was not happy at all with my family's dinner tonight. Tried to call but no one would answer the phone either!

I love this place and their food is absolutely amazing. Their staff is always great too. Best What-A-Burger in North Carolina. Hands down.

Food was hot and fresh. Order was ready in a reasonable amount of time. You place and pay for order and wait for your number to be called. A good place to go when you are in the mood for classics such as hamburgers, hot dogs, fries and a cold crushed ice drink. Friendly/family type atmosphere. Prices reasonable.

The food is usually good. Kinda above average burger joint sorta deal. It does take a bit for orders to get done though.

It filled a void. The hamburger wasn't great. The fountain drink tastes like the machine has not been cleaned in a long time.

Whataburger is one of those fast food restaurants that define a region. My family first took me to one of the locations as an infant, and I'm still coming back decades later. It's nothing fancy, just a great hamburger, and fantastic onion rings, all washed down with the signature drink, the witch doctor.

It was okay, but not all that much. I had to go up and ask for everything (salt/pepper, utensils) and the chuckwagon sandwich was alright. Nothing special.

My first experience and my burger was great! Will go back!

Whataburger is literally the best. I love coming here with my best friend zach and my little girl. They have the best cherry lemon sundrop. And I was very pleased to find out that you can order a cup of pickles. It was great. Such a happy place, great service, great food and drinks. 10/10 would reccomend. Honestly the best place to eat in Mount Pleasant!

I had an unpleasant experience years ago. The lady who took my order was so rude when I asked about the ingredients in my burger. She insulted me by calling me dumb, so I will never place a foot in this what-a-burger establishment.

There isn't a better place in town to get a delicious bang for your buck burger. This joint is a staple in the Mount Pleasant Community and you will realize that as soon as you walk in the door. I recommend the What-A-Burger or What-A-Chicken Sandwich. But really anything on their menu is phenomenal.

The staff is what makes this place! We love Whataburger and maybe we're just used to our local one because the food was not that great, but maybe it was just an off day. Will return because of the staff and give it another try.

Great food and fast. It was nostalgic and the staff is great. There is a step at the door that needs to be updated as it is a trip hazard but everything else was great.
